The quarterly homeowner dues amount for 2025 is $160.63; the annual amount is $642.52.

Per the community covenants, quarterly dues are due at the beginning of each quarter.

First Quarter Dues: January 1

Second Quarter: April 1

Third Quarter: July 1

Fourth Quarter: October 1

Violations & Dues

1. Ensure your payment of $160.63 is correct, especially if using

Autopay, to avoid violation notices and loss of pool privileges.

Violation process for late dues within Chapter 47F, NC State Law guidelines

● At 30 days past due, a Notice of Violation will be issued.

● 15-day grace period is extended to resolve the delinquency

● At 45 days past due, formal violations will be issues issued with possible

fines and/or privilege suspensions

Starting in April 2025:

● A $20 late fee automatically applied for late payments
