These classes are open to all Eastman Creek Landing neighbors, and are $10 a class.
No reservations needed, please join anytime!
Gentle flow yoga classes, bring balance, and flow and are constant movement. If you can walk, you can take this class. Please bring a yoga mat.
Chair yoga is terrific for breathing, maintaining balance, and creating flow in your body.
Meet Mary Anne Watson
Mary Anne Watson is a Yoga Alliance–certified instructor (RYT-200) with over a decade of teaching experience. She has been teaching yoga since 2015 and is certified in Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yin Yoga, with a special focus on gentle, slow-flow practices.
Mary Anne has previously taught yoga for her HOA in Nevada and for a community Co-op in Pennsylvania, bringing accessible, supportive yoga to adults of all experience levels. Her classes emphasize safety, comfort, balance, flexibility, and relaxation, making them ideal for beginners and those seeking a gentler approach to movement.
Mary Anne creates a welcoming environment where students are encouraged to move at their own pace while enjoying the physical and calming benefits of yoga—together as a community.
