Our Club House Rental Volunteer maintains the rental schedule and cleaning requirements.

Please be prepared to leave the Club House in the same manner that you found it.

$100 FEE

$100 Deposit - to be returned after cleaning inspection after the event.

1. The clubhouse is available for rental to Eastman Creek Landing community members during the hours of 9 AM–10 PM.
2. The rental rate is $100 per day and requires a refundable $100 cleaning deposit.
3. Fees must be paid by check or money order, as we are unable to accept cash.
4. Only residents can contract to rent the Clubhouse. If a resident would like to sponsor an event for someone outside the neighborhood, the resident is liable for cleaning.

The clubhouse is also available for use by committees or groups within the community. For resident-only events there is no rental fee, please contact Crystal Thomas for details.

1. Anyone requesting the use of the clubhouse will be required to submit the clubhouse rental agreement. This will help us ensure that we know who is utilizing the clubhouse, when it’s being utilized, and better manage its availability.
